What is the DRYVE?
A small tube that mounts under your bike saddle. Inside is a waterproof saddle cover you pull out when it rains. The tube also has a built-in rear light.
Does it fit my saddle?
The cover has an elastic hem and fits most standard city, trekking and sport saddles. [Very wide saddles, such as large gel or comfort saddles, may not fit. Check the dimensions in the specifications
Does it fit my bike?
The DRYVE clamps onto the rails under your saddle, which most bikes have. [It doesn't fit saddles without rails or with an integrated seatpost.]
Can someone steal it?
The tube is clamped to your saddle rails and can't be taken off in seconds.
How do I charge the light?
With the included USB-C cable. A full charge takes about 2 hours.
14-day return policy
You can return your DRYVE within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it hasn't been used.
What counts as unused?
You can unpack the product and look at it, just like in a shop. If it has been mounted on a bike and used outside, it counts as used.
How to return
1. Email info@getdryve.nl within 14 days with your order number.
2. We'll reply within 2 working days with the return address.
3. Send the product back within 14 days, complete and preferably in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs
The return shipping costs are paid by you.
Refund
We refund the purchase price and the original shipping costs within 14 days, using the same payment method you paid with. We may wait until we've received the product back. If the product has been used, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.
